My wife, father and I have bought 4 cars from Matt and Tunkhannock in the past year, he is very up front and tells you what he can or can't do rite from the start. When we bought our first on we didn't know who we would be dealing with but we are very gald it was Matt. I do like dealing at Tunkhanock but I have to say that if Matt ever left I would follow him to buy any future cars as well.

My husband bought a 2009 Jeep Wrangler for me as a huge congratulations on completing your Masters in Education. We have been looking at Jeep Wranglers and I have always wanted one. My husband found your delearship on the internet. Matt Kerr did an excellent job with everything! The paperwork was all set, organized, and ready to go. My husband said that this has been one of the best experiences he has ever had purchasing a vehicle. We do not purchase many vehichles, as we like to hang on to the ones we have. My husband is currently driving a 2002 Dodge Dually which he loves! Seeing that we are out of state, we most likely will not purchase another vehichle with you. However, if the price is right you never know! We truly do appreciate the kind and professional way the purchase of our Jeep Wrangler was handled. Matt Kerr is an asset to Tunkhannock Auto!!!

Every time I go to Tunkhannock Auto Mart my experience is always pleasant, fast and enjoyable. The sales team works in a professional manner and always seem to answer any questions I have. Lastly, there is always fresh coffee available in the waiting room, which is spotless and full of my favorite magazines. There is no other place I would go to, that's a fact!!

Matt was very knowledgeable in the Jeep i was looking at. I walked in and he stood from his seat walked over and greeted me. I told him what i was thinking of looking at and we talked about my wants and needs. We looked at the availeabl vehichcles and found what I was looking for. He and the dealership were very helpful in my coming to the decision to purchase the 2001 Jeep Unlimited. They were very professional , not pushy, didn't rush and they made me feel like a valued customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from them and to have my vehicles serviced at their dealership.

Ive been dealing with these guys for close to twenty years and I always go home without buyers remorse.I feel they give me a great deal on new a car and are the best when it comes to trade in value!Ive been dealing with Matt Kerr at the dealership for the last 4 or so cars and he tries his best to get the deal I feel comfortable with. I was also very happy with the interest rates this year!

My Review of Tunkhannock Auto Mart:
After visiting another dealer prior to going to Tunkhannock Auto Mart, I was quite
discouraged. I was told it would be very difficult to fit a new Jeep with the options I wanted into my budget, that my trade was worth half of what I thought , and then never even got a return phone call.
I wasn't hoping for much when I went to Tunkhannock Auto Mart, but it ending up being the best car-buying experience I've ever had. I was called back after an online request within a couple hours and had my new Jeep within a day. No problems, no hassle, no stress. My Jeep is not only everything that I wanted , but was also well within my budget and I also got more than a fair amount for my trade.
Matt was very honest and direct and made sure everything was done promptly and correctly. And even though Gary was not in the office the day I picked up my Jeep, he
called me and explained everything the night before so there would be no delay in my pick up.
I appreciate everything that was done for me and would recommend to anyone to make the trip to Tunkhannock, it was more than worth it!

He didn't have the car in stock that I wanted so he even went out of his way to find one for me and then went and picked it up. He got me exactly what I asked for without a hassle. I am writing this letter to let you know that you have some great, understanding individuals employed with the dealership that should be wearing stars on their shoulders and halos over their head.
I have purchase several cars from your dealership and never experience any problems whatsoever, except when I recently bought a used vehicle. There was a noise factor that I was concerned about and called Matt Kerr, the salesperson who showed us the car and sold it. I will say from the start that Matt was great to work with ? a real pleasure to do business with, and knows the product very well.
Anyway, he directed me to Jackie in service. She is a delight and certainly knows her business. She took steps that were far beyond her duties in seeing that I would receive a 100% satisfaction. She had Tom go outside with me and we took a ride in the vehicle. His knowledge and gentleness surprised me and after hearing his explanations, and his expertise. I come to realized that what I was hearing was normal for that particular vehicle.
I so much want to thank them all for the attention they gave to me. This is the first vehicle in many years I purchased used, and my wife is delighted with it. You can be sure that the next new or used vehicle I buy will be from your dealership. It will be Matt I will see to buy, Jackie I will see for service, and hopefully Tom for any problems (if any) It would be appreciated if you thank them all on my behalf.

Linda Kane, Director of Internet Operations, responded to my requests within hours. She set me up with my salesperson, Matt Kane. Matt began helping me find the exact vehicle I wanted. His knowledge of their products, inventories and sensitivity to my needs was outstanding. Upon evaluating my trade in vehicle, Tunkhannock Auto Mart was more than fair with their valuation. The Credit Manager assisted in finding me the best interest rate as well as explained the details of my credit report. The vehicle was ready when promised with minimal wait and was absolutely spotless. I highly recommend this dealership and look forward to dealing with them in the future.
