The Renegade comes standard with cloth trim; however, as you go up in trim levels, you have your choices of Premium Cloth, Washington Cloth and, in the Trailhawk Trim, the Mckinley Axis II Leather trim.

Off-Roading Capabilities

If you want to take your Renegade off the beaten path, you can. The available Selec-Terrain® Traction Management System is a great choice for off-roading fans. This system helps the Renegade adapt to different terrains by optimizing the engine and drivetrain. You can select your terrain mode with a dial on your center console. The modes are snow, sand, mud, auto, and available rock mode.

For those slippery roads or hills, the Renegade’s Hill Descent Control is here to help you maintain control. As you descend, this system automatically applies the brakes while you focus on steering so you can get smoothly down those hills.

Peace of mind while you’re on your adventures is important to Jeep. So you know your Renegade will keep you safe, this SUV has several standard smart safety features. Some of these standard features are:

• Blind Spot Monitoring—Using rear radar sensors, this system can detect if there are vehicles in your blind spot and will warn you.
• LaneSense® Lane Departure Warning with Keep Lane Assist—The Renegade’s sensors measure your position within your lane. If it detects you are accidentally drifting out of your lane, it will alert you and course-correct if needed.
• Rear Cross Path Detection—When reversing, this system will sense if there are obstacles or vehicles behind you.
