HANDS’s Mission

HANDS Mission HANDS’s mission is to support parents, teachers, caregivers, and other educators in providing the highest quality early childhood care and education. They continually strive to achieve this goal through strategic planning, advocating for children, connecting with the community, offering resources, and engaging policymakers.
